We love to be here to welcome our guests on arrival, but on occasion we many need to make arrangements for guests to let themselves in. Instructions for this will be provided by email, therefore it is very important that we receive an estimated time of arrival and that we are able to reach guests using the contact details provided at time of booking (personal email address and mobile number preferred).

In the event of a same day reservation, it is essential that guests contact us to receive check-in instructions. Please call 1300 912 188.

Check-in / Check-out Times

Check-in is from 2.00pm and check-out is by 10.00am
Normal reception hours are from 7.00am (7.30am Saturday & Sunday) until 10.00am and then from 2.00pm until 8.00pm. If guests arrive prior to the above check-in time, they are welcome to leave luggage and relax in the guest lounge until rooms are ready. For late arrivals, please contact us to receive instructions on our after-hours check-in procedure.

Departing guests are requested to vacate rooms by 10am. Late check-out can only be honoured subject to availability and must be requested the evening prior to departure. Extra charges may be incurred for any unauthorised late check-outs. We are more than happy to store your luggage if you have a later flight.


There is ample on-street parking (free of charge, with restrictions) at the front of the property for any of our guests arriving by car.


A delicious continental breakfast is included in all tariffs, available from 7.00am – 9.30am Monday to Friday and 7.30am – 10.00am Saturday & Sunday.

Dietary Requirements

Please advise of any specific dietary requirements (food intolerances / allergies) when making your reservation and we will do our best to accommodate. Unfortunately we may not be able to cater for special food needs without prior notice.

Laundry Service

When our laundry facilities are not in use, guests are welcome to request use of these. We do not offer a self-service laundry facility, so if you wish to wash and dry your own clothes, the nearest laundromat is in the CBD (15 minute walk or 5 minute drive). There is a charge of $15.00 per load for a wash & dry. Any ironing will incur an additional cost.


Payment can be made by credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express). We do not accept Maestro or Diners cards. Full payment will normally be taken on the day of arrival. We reserve the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to check-in. Advance purchase reservations may be subject to full pre-payment. Please refer to your booking confirmation for exact terms and conditions. If accounts are to be settled by bank transfer, please request our bank details by email and forward your remittance advice once processed, to [email protected] A tax invoice will be issued upon receipt.
